The Orphan's Court Records for Franklin County Pennsylvania (C:587) indicate that on 5 October 1835 John Divelbiss of Warren Township was appointed guardian for four of Jacob Sr.'s minor children: Dorothy, Susanna, Leah and Jacob Bragonier (C:407).  In a petition from Abraham, Susan, Leah and Jacob, all stated that Jacob Bragonier had died in October of 1821 leaving a widow, Elizabeth, and eleven (11) children. It goes on to state that Jacob Bragonier had left lands in Warren Township, Franklin County, bounded by the Maryland state line and touching lands of William Pott, Michael Houck, Andrew Dickerhoof, Jacob Boller (or Culler) and several others.  Total land was 350 acres, with two log houses, one log barn, frame chopping mill and a sawmill. Montgomery Township adjoins Warren Township so some of the family records may be recorded there! [Ref.: Georgiana Randall's The Bragonier Family 1969]
