Isaac P. Benson; son of William B. Benson (1820-1877) & Catharine Ann Procunier (1829-1868); Isaac was born on 09 Jun 1846 in Port Rowan, Norfolk, Ontario; died on 06 May 1921 in LaPorte City, Iowa; married Mary Elizabeth Igou (1844-1909) on 25 May 1867 in LaPorte City, Iowa.

Isaac P Benson was a Teamster; all his children moved away from home except Irene. She had 9 grandchildren, her third daughter Jessie I met about 14 years ago (1978). Jessie died in 1992
