Richard Werner Procunier, the son of Werner Richard Procunier & Dorothy Koch; married 1st Janet Mesing 05 Sep 1958 in Pittsburg, Pa. Janet has a BS Boston University, teacher, Christian Science Nurse 1982. Janet filed for divorce which was finalized in 1984 after 25 years of mariage; four children by this marriage.; Richard married 2nd Carolyn (Harris) 25 Jun 1988 (no issue by this marriage)

John Werner Procunier 1961-1986 born in Stow, MA; died in California

Nancy Elizabeth Procunier 1964- Radlett, Herts, England

Carol Richards Procunier 1970- Palto Alto, California

Ellen Margaret Procunier 1971- Palto Alto, California; married Francis Leroy Lancaster, Jr; two children

Children: Mika Janet Lancaster 2002 Portland, Oregon

Riana Francesca Lancaster 2004 Portland, Oregon

Richard wrote (2006) that his daughter Nancy lives in Walnut Creek at 711 Orinda Lane which he developed and she now owns. I was a founder and signed the incorporation study for the City of Orinda and moved to Walnut Creek after my family split. My daughter Carol was a missionary in New Guinea and a minister in Portland Bible Church and lives at 6116 NE 30th in Portland, Oregon.

Carolyn has a BS at Colorado State, MS Cal State, Teacher, administrator; In 1984 Richard met Carolyn at a Lafayette Orinda Presbyterian Church Singleship function. They moved to Danville and were married in 1988, Carolyn is Head Counselor at Las Lomas High School and has taught or been a counselor since 1962, Carolyn graduated from Colorado State College at Greeley and also has a masters degree from Hayward State University. She had been previously married to Robert Harris for 19 years which ended in a 1980 divorce and they have a son Michael born in 1961. (per Richard Werner Procunier 1/1999)

Richard says his sister may know when their grandmother Frieda died -- Richard did not have much contact with any Procuniers growing up, as his mothers family dominated and his father was mostly estranged from his relatives. He was a pioneer with my mom in a traveling TV demonstration to world fairs etc. which he ran during the depression until Richard was born ( Richard said he was conceived in San Diego and born in Dallas at expositions before returning to Chicago).
