David Procunier, the son of Peter & Mary Elizabeth Procunier Jr. David was born in Pennsylvania on 4 Feb 1800, died at Walsingham Township, Norfolk County on 14 Apr 1887 ae 87yr. He married by bond dated on 15 Dec 1827, SARAH ANN OVERBAUGH (the daughter of Hezekiah Overbaugh), born at Walsingham Twp. in 1809, died at Walsingham Twp. Norfolk, County on 5 Nov 1839 ae 75yr. Both were buried in Johnson Cemetery, St. Williams. Reference to David was found in The Bragonier Family by Georgiana H. Randall 1969 page 18. In that book Ms Randall states that the last two children listed as David's children (Henry & Peter) just might be the children of David's son David (1833-1915)

David farmed on his father's homestead, Lot 24 Concession 1, Walsingham Twp. at St. Williams, recorded in the 1852, 1861, 1871, and 1881 Censuses.

Children:

Jemima Procunier 1829-1908 married George W. Newman (1819-1901) They were buried in Newkirk Cemetery, St. Williams. No issue (children)

Daniel Procunier 1831-

David Procunier 1833-1915 married Katherine VanWagner (1834-1916)

both are buried Johnson Cemetery, St. Williams, Ontario. They had three children; Maudie, Olive & Mabel.

Mary Procunier 1834- married Richard Wheeler on 06 Sep 1853.

James William Procunier 1837-

Sarah Ann Procunier 1839 married Isaac Becker

Helen Procunier 1841- married David (Vrooman) Truman

Schulyer Procunier 1845-

Margaret Matilda Procunier 1848-1932

Henry Procunier circa 1850-
