Bertha Lavina Procunier; daughter of Avon Francis Procunier 1894-1968 & Lavina Phillips 1899-1980; Bertha was born on 13 Jan 1921 in Newcastle, WY; married Ross Louis Allen on 11 Jul 1939, Ross was born on 28 Mar 1918 in Newcastle, WY; Ross was employed with the US Forest Service.

Bertha Elaine Allen 10 Sep 1940 in Newcastle, WY (a good source for the Peter Procunier Jr Family History); Bertha married Dean Weslie Allen on 06 Sep 1961. From what Elaine told me, her husband Dean W. Allen was not related to her other then her husband.
