Alonzo Jonathon Benson son of William B. Benson (1820-1877) & Catharine Ann Procunier (1829-1868); Alonzo was born on 02 May 1857 in Port Rowan, Norfolk, Ontario; died on 22 Sep 1929 in Grand Island, Nebraska; married Lydia E. Ellsworth (1860-1936) on 03 Oct 1876 in Aurora, Nebraska.
